Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged
- Incorrect product delivered
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Important: General returns (change of mind) are not accepted.

- Used or opened items
Damaged / Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at cs@esoparijat.com with proof (photos/videos).
Refund Process
- All refunds are subject to approval after inspection
- Processed within 7–10 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
